Key Responsibilities: – Lead data-driven digital marketing across web, app, email, and paid platforms.
– Plan and optimise Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns to achieve strong ROI.
– Use analytics to improve digital journeys and report actionable insights.
– Manage budgets and performance with the Head of Marketing.
– Oversee content calendars and ensure integrated, on-brand campaigns.
– Inspire creativity and innovation within the marketing team.
Requirements – 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (sport, entertainment, or consumer sectors ideal).
– Proven success in paid social, PPC, and acquisition campaigns.
– Strong skills in data analytics, reporting, and ROI optimisation.
